Amy has over 10 years experience and training in the communications field. A graduate of the Telecommunications Apprenticeship Program provided by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and The National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC), Amy brings extensive training and certifications to Milestone Communications. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was awarded Outstanding Apprentice by the Eastern Seaboard Apprenticeship Conference in Portland, Maine and also attended the National Training Institute in Knoxville, Tennessee receiving certifications from Amp Netconnect in both Installing Premises Cabling and Certifying & Troubleshooting Premises Cabling.

Amy has also attended Network Cabling Certification provided by Fluke Networks in Boston, Massachusetts as well as having training in the much overlooked practice of fire stop. She holds certification with Unique Fire Stop Products, a UL listed fire stop system. Amy is also a corporate member of BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International), and is a BICSI-Certified Installer. She underwent intense training and examination from the BICSI world headquarters in Tampa, Florida. Their standards based training and evaluation is considered the highest in the industry.
